Team Construction
464 is led by Benjamin Wood. Ben leads the Client discovery process, first diagnosing the existing team, structure, goals and challenges. We start by defining success and aligning incentives. The assembly of each team is unique to every client, project and program. Owner’s Representatives and Project Managers are carefully selected and organized into a structure that delivers tailored solutions to each Client’s individual projects and programs. 464’s teams are built from the top down, leveraging a deep pool of industry veterans, who have executed projects similar to each client’s needs. Every team member is evaluated on skillset, experience, personality fit, geography, and unique expertise in design, development and/or construction.
A former CEO of a 40 year old boutique consulting firm, Ben has delivered a number of high-profile projects across the retail and mixed-use landscape. He has orchestrated nationwide rollouts, developed remodel programs, and delivered services on billion dollar developments, often guiding Fortune 500 retailers and developers through complex initiatives. His expertise spans staffing solutions, design and construction advisory, lease negotiations, and program execution, ensuring clients receive tailored, results-driven solutions that maximize efficiency and profitability.
